Item was not 100% mint, had tiny dent in bottom corner and small scuff on screen underneath the tempered glass it was shipped with, but the rest was good.
Item was received after a week. Condition was as described.
Just the software had ios 18 Beta loaded which I had to work with Apple to rollback to stable iOS 17.6
The Ipad works so well, and I love it!

Shipping Policies
We Guarantee to ship your item within 1 business day of the time you purchase
If an order is placed before 1pm on a weekday it will be shipped out the same day
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon will go out first thing Monday
Your tracking number will be uploaded to Swappa immediately upon shipment
The method we are using for shipping will be stated in the listing
Signature will be required for delivery on all orders with a value over $750. This is done to protect your purchase.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer 30 Day returns:
On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.
For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.
All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc
Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund
**Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal
