The packaging of the phone wasn't great, just a phone in a small cardboard box (no cushion or bubble wrap around it) with a larger plastic shipping package on the outside of the cardboard. The phone itself was moving around in the cardboard box when I got it which worried me a little. When opened the phone was dead, so I had to charge it (not a big deal). Once charged the phone works great, no issues, no water damage, screen has no scratches and functions perfectly. There are 3 dents in a row on the side about the size of the tip of a safety pin, doesn't bother me though. I'll be keeping it in a case so I'll never see it. Came with a charger which is nice. They have 2-3 day shipping which is super great, 30 day warranty (big reason why I picked this phone). In conclusion, even though the packaging was a little nerve wracking, the screen has literally NO SCRATCHES what so ever which is incredible and the price was very good. The phone is exactly as expected and I'm happy! Thank you!

Phone was on inside of box, so when box was opened phone was hot and almost dead (battery). Otherwise, as described and please with purchase.
