Seller sent a phone that was scratched beyond normal wear and tear that had been indicated in the listing. Seller tried to claim that scratches were shown in the listing photos (they were not). Seller eventually agreed to provide a partial refund for the difference. I had to fight to get the seller to agree to this partial refund. Process took a week and a half to resolve. Will absolutely avoid this seller in the future.

I chose this seller because they advertised Express Shipping as an option. After buying the phone AND the Express shipping, the buyer didn't ship my phone until the day AFTER the STANDARD shipping deadline. I did try to reach out to them to explain why there was a delay in shipping, but received not a word.
Advertising and charging me for Express Shipping has completely ruined my experience with this seller, as the phone was otherwise exactly as described.
