Received the phone and had trouble getting sprint to connect it. The people in the Sprint store were unable to get it to work. Eventually got someone on the phone from Sprint tech support and got the phone to work.... mostly. It began coming up with a message several times a day that says it can't connect to the Sprint network. Currently it gets the can't connect error message when it first powers up. The seller offered to take it back but my girlfriend didn't want to go a week without a phone so I opted to keep it.
