I received the items promptly and in the condition that was advertised. The phones have been put through their paces and everything is working as it should. Zero issues to date. The kiddos love them. I don't have a single complaint... and I did wait to post a review until the phones were used for all faves such as youtube, fb, netflix, hulu, gmail, google play downloads, library book downloads, music downloads, and music playback ad nauseam. The battery holds up for a good 8-10 hours with both wifi and internet data. Blutooth and wired headphones working great as are all the other little features. Momma did a "test drive". : ) Thank you for a great swappa experience.

Works great. The screen did turn blue once and it tuned off but rebooted itself right after that and it was fine.

Phone was purchased as a Christmas gift. A potential issue with the fingerprint scanner was noticed and handled before shipping, major points for that. Inquiry about testing of other features received clear and timely responses. It arrived quickly after the issue was handled and came as advertised, in excellent shape. All testing on my end went as I'd hoped, and Christmas went off without a hitch. After a couple of days of heavy use by the new owner, this sale can now close with a 100% satisfaction rating.
