Excellent experience. The initial phone I purchased ended up having an IMEI that was not clean. It happens, people can report it that way even after selling it. There's no indication that this was in any way intentional on the seller's part. To the contrary, they worked with me in a very timely fashion to handle getting it exchanged promptly with a similar phone.
