Phone works and is in good condition.
Arrived bubble wrapped in a box with a generic wall charger as described. The phone has minor *dents* rather than "scratches" and one tiny scratch on the screen, difference in definition I suppose. Upon turning the phone on - the time and date were incorrect leading me to factory reset the phone as well as installing the software update.
The seller could have posted better photos showing the dents.
