What a bargain! A like-new unlocked iPhone 5S at a great price. My lovely wife has set up a data plan with T-Mobile, we're connected to local wi-fi, and she is contemplating which apps to put on the phone. I am 100 percent satisfied. (Am I really required to describe the bad? Because I can't think of anything.)

Very fast shipping. Was disappointed only with that there are a few tiny scratches on the top part of the screen so not 100% "mint." Wouldn't have minded if they just put that in the description box. Otherwise, very pleased.

I purchased a phone from this seller on Wed. It's now Friday and I just received word that the phone does not work. Although I appreciate the immediate refund on PayPal, a hold was placed on the refund. So, I will probably not see that money for a week.
It's frustrating that the phone was not tested *before* it was placed for sale. In fact, I believe that the listing provides that the phone works.

Items sent in timely manner. Phone well packaged. Phone exactly as described. Highly recommend seller.
