Screen condition as advertised

Easy ordering, arrived on time, quick response from seller even I had a question.

Excellent customer service. Item in great condition! *****

USPS was a bit slow on delivery though seller sent on next business day.
Phone functions though maybe on the lower end of good - scratches, etc.; better than paying new retail in any case.

The device condition was way over-rated. The item was quoted as "Very GOOD" , described as light scratching on screen on frame. There was a large dent along an inside corner and the plastic lining around the lcd frame was missing.

Reseller's only resolve was to return the device for a full refund. Well, this is not always an appropriate solution when the phone is needed and no other substitute is on hand. It is going to cost you more to relist the phone at an appropriate price for the condition + reship then to offer a partial discount. I personally won't buy from again. I don't love the fact that they can get by without posting actual pictures of the device. Too much room for for them to over rate the device.

Exactly what I was expecting

I was annoyed that my messages went ignored and i had to hun them down and panicked when I wasn't sure if it was being sent to an address i didn't live at anymore. But otherwise phone is great.

Smooth transaction. Phone works great. No issues.
