The phone outwardly appeared to be in mint condition - BUT there was some burn-in on the display, and the selfie camera has issues (photos look like they were taken through a layer of vaseline).

The phone works, mostly. It was a gift for my mother on her Birthday. The camera does not work. Factory reset it, tried a bunch of stuff and the camera will not work. Everything else does though. But my mother is not happy.

Amazing customer service! I had one small issue, they addressed it immediately and I am beyond happy. I will never buy another phone anywhere else!!
