My experience using swappa.com started out great and ended with disappointment. Here is my story. I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and "upgraded" to the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Then I found out the Note 9 did not have the latest Android version and would no longer be updated to the latest version so it was already obsolete. I was still well within the initial 30 days from purchase and the seller, Cell4less, paid for the shipping label for me to return the phone. I then upgraded further with the same seller and for a higher price, to the Samsung S20+. I received the phone and it had a "demo not for resale" back cover on it. Apparently it is against swappa.com rules to sell an item with demo parts on it so again the seller paid for the return and I sent the phone back. The seller didn't have another s20+ so I upgraded again for more money, although the seller gave me a discount for the trouble, to the s20 ultra. It died in less than 30 days. Got full refund.
