They lied about device description. This device is NOT unlocked. Had to call Verizon (as that is who the ipad is locked to) and they said there is no account for this ipad. I did reach out to seller and their only way to correct the situation is for me to mail it back to them and that they have no replacement. This to me seems very scam likely. And Verizon stated the company has to call them to unlock it. But of course they won't. False advertising and poor experience.
Edit: device was sent back and refunded.
The phone was received in the condition advertised.
