Phone worked for 3-4 weeks. Now “SOS” is showing in top right corner of screen. I contacted my cellular carrier and the IMEI is blocked. This is due to a payment issue by previous user or phone is unlocked. Phone is now unusable.

Received the phone. The phone appeared to be more scratched than the picture provided but it could be an issue with how the pictures don't show some of the scratches under certain lighting.
