This will be my 4th sale completed on Swappa and before this transaction it has been an extremely positive experience. I have told many friends/family the benefits of Swappa. This by far has been a very sour transaction and has placed a stain on this merchant. I will specifically avoid them at all costs.

The item sold was not in the condition that it was listed in. It then took me days to get ahold of them, with their team only placing priority of this dale at one communique A DAY. Which resulted in this most drawn out game of message tag. Then in their greed, only offered a measly $25 refund to compensate. In the same day of the offer, the same merchant was selling the exact model in the condition I received in for ~$60 cheaper than what I purchased. Unfortunately, it was my mistake to not screenshot and negotiate as later that day the phone was sold and my evidence gone. It took them yet another several days to get them to process refund and I had to even get Swappa involved.

The phone was in as good of condition as the photos shown, although I would have preferred having the phone in a box that was surrounded by bubble wrap instead of just bubble wrap in a paper envelope
