Not the most positive experience, but seller was cooperative in getting a refund. The Phone was received in a timely matter, but not as described. Had a huge scratch down the middle of the screen I could feel with my finger.

I promptly sent the phone back after needing to get Swappa involved for the refund process, but between the mail and seller, it took a bit to get the refund.

I thank the seller for cooperating and issuing a refund.

Phone did not work with the network (according to the local retailer). Seller was very willing to work with me on getting it returned for a refund. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend working with them for your phone needs.

Item did not arrive as described; generally, this is not a problem, but arranging a return with the seller was difficult, took weeks, and required Swappa intervention. Eventually received refund some 5-6 weeks after initiating return process.
