The phone was not in mint condition when I receive it; instead, it had a chip. The seller offered to return or exchange, but I wish I could have gotten the right condition first since it was used for promotion.

I ordered a black iphone xs max. It seemed like it was as advertised, in good condition, only minor cosmetic damage, and in the listing it did say that there was a brand new battery (battery was replaced), but nowhere in the listing did it say that the battery wasnt iphone, i received a phone with an off brand battery, which sucks because i couldnt take a look at my battery health or the battery analytics on my iphone. the capacity couldve been 50% for all i know. In addition to this, the screen was glitching, phantom taps were happening even when i wasnt touching the screen. The seller said they had tested the phone before selling but failed to mention these details in the description. Refund process was somewhat smooth, but i wouldnt recommend the risk of ordering something just to have to go through the hassle of returning it. I don't recommend this seller.
