I purchased this phone in March - we are now trying to change carriers and are unable to do so. TMobile is telling us there is money owed on the phone and that they are unable to unlock the sim. They said this happens with stolen merchandise. Phone works fine, but where did the seller get it from???
Everything came as described, Iphone was like new. Placed in spectrum SIM card and it activated with no issues at all. Thank you very much for a very smooth transaction with fast shipping.
