Worked back and forth with the Seller. They were responsive and easy to talk to. We didn't always agree, but then again, I think the carriers were giving ambiguous information to both of us. Bottom line, after a ton of digging, I had to send the phone back and they gave me an almost complete refund (97%) refund. They just kept the costs of the CC transactions.

Return & Refund Policies

A 14-day return policy is offered on all purchases. Due to recent PayPal changes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns and order cancellations. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.

The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.
