The phone functions as expected. However, there are two cracks in the screen approximately 1/2" long that were not described in the listing or visible in the listing photos. They could potentially be very deep scratches so I would not say this was a negative experience. Either way, they are severe enough that it would have been helpful for them to be described or photographed in the listing.
