Ordered a tablet as a gift. Received the wrong device... well that sucks... shipped the incorrect device back and was sent the wrong item AGAIN.
Seller refused to cross ship or use a guaranteed delivery service to get the correct device to me, did not respond when they said they would, simply didn't respond, didn't completely answer questions and offered me a 7.7% discount if I kept the second incorrect device they shipped me.
Given the rest of their positive reviews I'm sure this was an unusual incident.
I just shipped the second incorrect device back to them for a refund and purchased what I wanted elsewhere.

Received the phone, phone case, screen protector and charger as promised; however the phone was not sealed and the speaker not working for telephone calls. I do not recommend anyone outside the US to purchase from this seller as any abnormalities with your item will be an issue to be returned (costly and time consuming).
