I’m overall satisfied with this sale and the quick delivery of the product as well as the inclusion of the accessories. However, I was a bit disappointed with the visible damage to the phone, particularly the screen. The screen has quite a bit of scratches on it, scratches that didn’t seem visible in the pictures. There is some wear and tear to the body of the phone but I guess that’s expected. I may return to give an update as far as the working capabilities of the phone goes, but for now I’m satisfied enough to give a thumbs up ????????.

I received this phone yesterday. My service provider is AT&T. This discription, "Battery life 86%-Unlocked *Free Clear Case..." led me to believe the phone was unlocked. Can you unlock this phone for me? If not, I need to return it for a refund.
