I am upgrading my phone to a better condition phone because I did not realize that there would be so many scratches on the screen of the phone which decreases the quality of the screen in so many different places. I mean seriously, who doesn’t put a screen protector on their phone these days? It’s 2022. However, when I commented here and asked my questions, the seller did not answer them and just told me to send it back.

Then a couple days later confirmed that there would be a 10% restocking fee.

I am pretty frustrated considering it costs nearly $300 to replace the screen which makes it feel like this definitely was not worth the cost. But I really don’t want to pay a 10% restocking fee either. Especially considering, I received this phone in just a regular old box with an off-brand charger, a really hideous case and a tempered glass screen add-on which a packet of 3 costs $6. Which I highly doubt that any of those things would cost $40 to replace and they have them already.
