I have received the phone with all the promised items (aftermarket cable, case and screen protector). However, the quality of the phone is questionable. The screen had many scuff marks and at best this phone is in GOOD condition. It was listed and sold as MINT. I have purchased 10 phones from Swappa and this one is by far the worst. I hope Swappa does something to maintain quality. Sending back a device is not an easy process. You are better off learning from this experience and moving on.

The IPhone Xr works great and I'm glad I was able to find one in Mint Condition (with my daughters help).
