Device came in physically acceptable condition…some scratches on the side of the case, but nothing major. The seller advertised the device as coming with accessories I needed so I picked their listing over other competitors. However, the screen protector provided was shattered out of the box and the seller now describes the accessory as “complimentary” and refuses to make it right.
