I have received the phone but we are noticing that the phone is dying out of battery even without use. For instance yesterday morning I charged the phone to 100 % battery, left it on but did not use it all day and by the evening the phone was dead. I understand the battery life is not 100% since it is a refurbished phone but I’m confused as to why it’s dying without any usage.

Fantastic phone. Just what I was looking for as I needed an SD slot. I waited a bit to make sure everything was working and it all seems great!

It has been 3 months since receiving the phone, The screen had cracked with discoloration on the device. Upon bringing it to a repair shop, I had been notified that the device had been opened before and the display had not been seated correctly. They had also mentioned that there were screws that were missing which would cause my device to overheat, which I had been dealing with.

Beware purchasing from this seller. They do not disclose that the devices have been altered from their original hardware and lack Quality Control to ensure that the product is in a safe, sell able state.

Not very happy with the device I was given. It is definitely functional, but the batter came at 93% as promised, but then quickly dropped to 86% in only a couple of months. Additionally the screen isn't so bright, even on the highest setting. It's meant to be better. Of course, all this occurred AFTER the 30 day warranty, so I guess there's nothing to do. Just make sure you confirm everything before buying from this seller.
