Phone came as advertised, brand new, everything works as expected. Seller included a case, cable, and a screen protector. Definitely recommend.

Shipping was very fast, which I appreciate. However, the device did not meet the standards for the condition advertised in the listing. To the seller's credit, they took responsibility for the discrepancy and we reached a fair resolution. I would do business with them again as long as the items strictly match the description. One point for improvement would be using better packaging to ensure the device is well-protected during transit.

The phone arrived exactly as pictured, everything was perfect and they were very attentive.

Overall a terrible experience. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller. Poor communication and product listing is woefully inaccurate.
