There was a problem with the original phone sent (faulty/finicky lighting port) and the seller handled it well and I received a suitable replacement. Besides that, the purchase was shipped quickly and communication was great. Would buy again, thanks!

This phone has not held up, I got 6 years out of my 7+ so not hard on phones. This phone seems to have been refurbished/repaired improperly. Screen is not quite aligned right, battery life has been terrible (keeps randomly dying when show greater then 50%), back glass shattered in the protective case…

Phone received mostly in the condition as described, but what could not be seen in photos is that it smelled strongly of perfume scent from previous owner. While that is not the seller's fault, it should have been reflected in the posting. Seller was communicative and said they will do better in the future.
