I received the phone within a timely manner, just wish I had an option to choose the phone case and cord color before I got it. It did come in a touch dirty, I’m able to clean it off so not a big deal just didn’t like seeing fingerprints on it. The “damage” on the phone is just from normal wear and tear. I’m very satisfied with it overall.
