The first phone sent didn’t work, but they made it right after I sent the phone back to them. The replaced it quickly. It caused a negative gift-giving experience as the recipient of the phone received a non-working phone originally, but was happy in the end!

Don't trust what they say on their description or what they tell you in the comments. I ordered a mint phone with no repairs. And I received a refurbished phone. With marks around the edge. Their sticker for their warranty falls off before you even get it out of the box. And the sticker covers over the screws. To hide that they have refurbished the phone. I would not recommend ordering from them. 0 out of five stars
Ended up not needing this phone but the seller allowed me to return the item and gave me a refund without any hassle. Would order again without hesitation
