It’s not fully functional
My item was shipped immediately and I was provided with all tracking information. I ordered a replacement phone since my son broke his current one. We were very happy with our purchase.
Arrived in great shape.
Original phone was lost but seller did their best to make it right and got me a comparable phone.

The chassis on the Macbook Air was slightly bent which causes it to not sit flat on a flat surface (like a 3 legged stool). This was not noted on the condition report. Overall, the laptop works fine, but I was expecting something closer to new condition based on the seller's condition rating.
