Purchased a "Mint condition" iPhone 11. In less than a year the battery has failed 2 times. The seller refuses to assist any further now that it has failed for a 2nd time. There is clearly something wrong with the phone. I spent over $300 on the phone to last for less than a year. SWAPPA hasn't been any help either. Terrible situation all around.
I purchased another iPhone 11 at the same time and it has been working just fine.
