Product as described and I was thrilled by the quick shipping! My last phone died on an out of town work trip last Monday, which was very stressful, I ordered this phone Tuesday afternoon, and by the time I arrived back home on Friday night my replacement phone was waiting for me. Such a relief. The phone is running hot, which I know is an ongoing issue with this model, and otherwise works great.
