Bought an iPad (that came with a charger) but it would not charge. I did not want to waste even more money by buying a new charger if the actual iPad was the problem, so I just returned it. After returning it, he informed me that the cable was defective. If he'd properly tested both the iPad and the cable before selling and shipping, this could have been avoided. Not a huge deal, but it was still disappointing.

Everything was as advertised

Had to make sure that everything worked tested a week and everything is GREAT.

I ordered the phone on Sunday, received it on Wednesday. When I contacted the seller on Thursday to ask about the cable and charger that were not supplied, but listed on swappa, they said they would send these out to me. They took over a week to show up at my house.

The phone was shipped quickly and in exactly the condition described.

The device I was sent was not the one pictured. The one I received had a significant dent where it had been dropped. The glass wasn't damaged and the phone works fine. The seller offered to replace but I'm giving this as a gift and am out of time. I added a case that conceals the damage. That will have to do but I don't appreciate the bait and switch.
