The seller did not send the correct phone and it was also damaged. I was able to get my refund (phone/shipping/insurance costs), but it took longer than it should have and the seller was slow to respond to emails. Good phone but not mint condition, had some minor chips on the home button. BUT, their customer service was good, quick communications, and immediately offered a full refund. I ended up keeping the phone although I have no doubt they would have made it right if the chips had turned into a deal breaker for me.
