Nice phone for the money

Phone was in good condition as seller mentioned, arrived within 2 days. So far so good with the functioning of the phone.

The phone showed up not as described as it wasn't functional. The seller was suprised to hear that the phone was returned at my expense and a refund was given by the seller. Before the refund seller emailed me that they received the phone back and that it"worked fine." Sucks for anyone else that tries to buy that particular phone because it definitely doesn't"work fine."
