This is barely getting a neutral rating only because the seller did communicate, but here's why. Ordered the phone because it stated, Mint Condition with Free 2 Day Shipping. Awesome, I needed it ASAP. Ordered Tuesday morning expecting tracking info Tuesday afternoon or evening. I emailed the seller when I didn't see it and he said that they do not always ship same day but it would go out and be there Friday or Saturday. I wanted it Thursday though : / I went ahead and accepted that, and still no tracking Wednesday, and finally I got a number Thursday. It was shipping UPS to my work, but they shipped ground and it was tracking for Monday now. Totally bummed a I accepted I would wait, and got the phone. It was advertised as Verizon but came in an AT&T box. No big deal I though it activated but would not connect to 4gLTE. Verizon said it was probably not a Verizon phone originally. So I said fine, I will send it back. That process was great with the seller, but I say buyer beware.

Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
