Phone was in excellent shape. It was shipped quickly 2 day priority. The only problem is this phone is a AT&T phone that was unlocked, not A T-Mobile phone. This version does not support Band 12 on T-mobile, Voice over LTE, or WiFi calling. Contacting seller to arrange a swap to an T-Mobile verion

Great seller, arrived very quickly and as advertised!.....or so I thought. Within days of using this phone, I started to realize the battery would run down extremely quickly for no reason, as in go from 100% down to 20% in seconds. After a 6 months now, my phone has entirely stopped working. Flashing white apple screen of death and Apple was unable to fix. Contacting Swappa now...

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.

Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery.
