Phone was in described condition, but the phone was not factory unlocked as described, only carrier unlocked. Seller didn't seem to distinguish the difference between these two categories. I had to return for a full refund, which went ok with some prompting from my side.

The phone wasn’t sent until almost a week after I bought it and it was not “near mint” as described. One of the camera lenses is cracked!! It came insecure in an empty box to rattle around, placed in a bubble wrapped envelope that wasn’t even closed. Very careless. They offered to compensate to have it repaired but never followed through. Stopped replying. Unprofessional. This phone is actually in FAIR condition at best!! Not even trade in worthy. They are selling way too many phones and being way too careless! They wait a while to send it, giving you hardly any time to send it back when it’s not what they promised. Read plenty more reviews and see for yourself. Skip these people.

phone came in good condition except the the listing said it was at 100% battery and it arrived at 89%.

Shipping took forever, phone sent was different from listing with worse battery health than listing said. I would not buy from this seller again.

Package was ordered on Saturday and Shipped on Thursday. Originally supposed to receive it on Wednesday. Received it the following Monday. Phone is as described. Condition as described.

Battery wasn't the exact health as advertised, other than that the phone was in great working shape and as advertised.

The phone is great 100% battery health. I would dare say it is in mint condition. The one rub I have is shipping was slow. I ordered on oct 26th. the phone didn't ship until oct 29th.

Overall the transaction was fine.
