Updating rating. Tried to activate phone and it is an AT&T phone and not Sprint as listed. It requires a SIM card for use. Phone is not compatible with my current service provider.
Device arrived on time and as described.
UPDATED 1/18/18
Unfortunately, the device sold was a OP3 and not a OP3T. Whether the seller was aware of this or not is unknown. This was discovered when I flashed OP3T firmware (bootloader and modem) resulting in a bricked device. Using the Qualcomm Unbrick Tool, it was revealed from ROM (unmodifiable storage) error codes that indeed the device was a OP3. I strongly advise EXTREME caution to all OP3T buyers that it is VERY EASY to unknowingly purchase a OP3.
I am a XDA Recognized Developer and a top developer for the DirtyUnicorns AOSP project and unfortunately even I was fooled here. I do not seek any recourse as the phone is nice either way. @SwappaSupport However, I would highly recommend putting out some form of advisory or alert regarding the OP3 being sold as a OP3T.
Phone was not actually dissociated from its previous owner. I didn't discover this until I tried to activate it and couldn't. Seller processed the return quickly enough and paid for return shipping, but Swappa still took a $10 bite out of my refund.
It's doubtful I'll ever use this site again.
She sent me a phone that glitches all the time
Device looks brand new but after about six days it stopped charging and as such will not power on and is useless.
The cost to fix it is more than the cost of the device. So it sets in drawer unusable.
Excellent customer service, honest, and phone was sent as described thats what i thought! i had to change to 2 stars because seller never indicated phone was rooted if i known that i would have a choice not purchase i guess my loss and besides its past 7 days never will i buy again off of here

Should of said fair condition. Phone wasnt in good condition
Battery came damaged.
Device had issues, seller agreed to a return and the buyer sent the device back. Once the device was returned, the seller stopped communicating forcing the buyer to file a dispute to recover the funds.
