Shipping was fast and the phone works well. There was some plastic missing around the charging port seal, which was meant to keep the phone waterproof. Unfortunately, the missing plastic let some water seep through while the phone was submerged, making that waterproof function less effective. However, I didn't really mind as water never damaged the phone and I got a few years of productive usage from this phone. It still is functioning now, years after my purchase.
