Hassle free purchase and receipt of phone. Small hard to see scratches on screen forces me to rate at 4 but they did request photos so they cared. Had some sound and dropped call issues that they quickly dismissed as my cell service but ended up being some phone setting/resetting fixes (researched and found myself). Would have been nice if they took the time to help. Overall happy with what I received.

As expected, the phone came exactly as it was described in photos. Seller was smart enough to lock the iCloud in the event perhaps it was stolen during transportation. Contacted them and instantly within minutes I was given the password. Very happy with the transaction and will conduct future business with them.

There are some things that are a little off in terms of brightness and color but it's ok, I'll get used to it.

So far, the phone works great. I've never used Swappa before, and was somewhat skeptical about buying this phone, with this capacity, at such a great price. But the seller really came through. I am very happy. I will update if my phone starts to deteriorate fast.

The phone didn't really last... The charging port and volume buttons were screwed up, plus the touch id was working very poorly.
