I have received the phone and went through the checklist. The phone was wrapped in a thick layer of bubblewrap (no phone box). Awesome customer service! I had needed the passcode and they responded within 5 minutes. Just some minor scratches on the corner of the phone. Didn't come with a charger.

The phone arrived quickly and just as described, would do business with them again.
