Speakerphone wasn't working. Took this "Mint" phone to iPhone to Apple Store to find out the phone had non OEM exterior parts and Apple Genius said it was a fake. Disappointed, we worked with the seller to return the phone. The seller and Swappa were accommodating and I received my Swappa transaction fee and full refund from the seller. Good communication and speed were the only good points of this sale.

Phone locks up randomly.

Ive had the device for only about 2 months now and my phone screen still acts crazy and my volume button doesn’t work, even though my phone has been in the case the entire duration of me owning the phone.

The phone's screen stopped working within the first hour of me using it. There are also minor scratches on the top even though it was supposed to be in "mint" condition.

Phone had camera issues a few weeks after purchase, when inquired, asked to pay for repair.

The phone didn't really last... The charging port and volume buttons were screwed up, plus the touch id was working very poorly.

Device condition is good, but am getting headphone jack problems. After cleaning it out at Apple, they concluded that the jack may have been damaged because it recognizes that something is plugged into the jack when nothing is plugged in.

The phone you sent me couldn't be activated because it was a pre paid phone and it said nothing about that in the listing. Was a very clean phone but it is pretty much useless to me now.

I would never purchase from this seller again! Bought a phone from them as a gift to someone and less than 3 months already having issues. The button stopped working and the phone kept freezing. Save uourseld the trouble.

Got my iphone 6s plus from this seller. Came exactly as the photos.
Camera doesn't work, which is in their checklist to verify a phone is appropriate for sale. Flashlight doesn't work.
Purchased for the camera. Brought this issue to the seller who has given me steps to follow to pinpoint the issue, and offered a replacement if the issue cannot be fixed.
Update again when the issue is resolved.
UPDATE - I have shipped and received the phone back with worse problems than before. The screen splits into panels, jerks/glitches and crashes (goes dark but is still on).
I contacted the seller to get another repair and he sent me shipping labels. Unfortunately the phone, not being used, was lost in a flurry of travel. I recently found it back and contacted the seller, who has not replied.
Update when/if he ever does...

Phone was water damaged and the screen began to peel away from the housing

Very dissappointed. Only had phone for a few months and so many problems. Going to have to get a new phone now. What a waste of 300 dollars. Very unsatisfied with company

I believe it is NOT correct to be forced to do this in order to use a cell phone I already paid for. You are forcing me to leave a comment or I can not use the device I paid for? That is BS

There is some backlight bleed from the top of the screen which is not mentioned when buying the phone. Otherwise it seems to work, just need the passcode to get in.

Ambient light sensor and the rear camera's focus were broken. Was not mentioned at all on the listing.

After having this phone that I bought for about a year now, it started falling apart literally. I went to the apple store and they told me the screen was fake upon other things. This seller essentially ripped me off. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 0/10

Initially I gave this 5 stars. However, in addition to the mic not working with Siri and while on speakerphone ... I just took the phone to get a replacement screen and digitizer. And upon fixing the screen, the technician tells me that whoever fixed it the "first time" put a HUGE amount of glue and extra pieces inside the phone. And due to the excess glue, the new screen can't be fitted properly. He couldn't dig out the excess glue so it's fixed improperly. Now the phone is listed as "Mint". Not refurbished. I didn't pay for refurbished. I paid for brand new mint condition. This is not okay.

Shipped in Poly Bag - NO BOX - in loose bubble wrap that wasn't even taped to make tight. Quite sad. Also didn't ship priority mail as stated in listing and refused to change after told him about this. AVOID!
