Had some minor issues at first, but they were super helpful and fast to respond. It was all about making sure the customer was happy, and they are wonderful at doing so. I would have done 5 stars if it was solely based on the support, but had to dock one star due to the issues that I did encounter. Still a wonderful seller and great service provider.

I got the phone but it was locked with icloud account. I contacted the seller through swappa and literally, they responded within 2 minutes with the username and password. And not to mention, it's 9:00pm at night on my end, and they responded so quick. AWESOME customer service. I give this a 5 star!

Communication was limited, but very fast when necessary. Remedied the first phone issues quickly, other than shipping times which had me without a phone for nearly two weeks total. Shipping was a little slower then expected with purchase on Sat evening, not being actually shipped (picked up by USPS) until Tuesday then return and shipment of new phone took over two full weeks in total. Overall good experience and would use again
