Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this seller. They poorly communicated with me about the status of the shipping of the phone. They finally cancelled my order after 2 weeks (10 business days) because the phone was apparently damaged. I waited a long time for no phone.

Got what I wanted!

Phone arrived with fast delivery as initially described. Within a few days though, the screen started malfunctioning and the phone had to be sent back for a replacement. The seller responded on a Friday, stating that a replacement would be shipped on Monday. Then over a week after being promised a replacement, the seller still has not responded to multiple requests for comment from myself and Swappa staff. They are simply horrible at communicating. A simply explanation would've sufficed and I would've been understanding. Why the silence? I'll never understand. At least I received my refund, though they didn't even mention they submitted a refund.

Would like to say thank you appears the phone is true to write up. I received phone within 4-5 business days was worth wait because I'm a big fan Droid Turbo 2 awesome phone for a great price that is no longer being made. Appreciate service

Bait and switch. The original device I was sent was NOT the one in the photo or advertised for sale. It was a unit with a non functioning touch screen and 3rd party replacement touch screen and back cover. Noticing this, a replacement was mailed out a week later after returning the incorrect unit. Overall a decent deal, but I'l never purchase from this seller again.

Large delay in processing the refund when device was returned.

Minor delays in posting, gift had to be collected after holidays.
It said unlocked but the setting show verizon as the network provide. Did not check it yet.
I assumed a charger would be included.
Rest of the process has been smooth.
