Verizon phone buyers beware!!! The phone I purchased from this seller is somehow locked to only the Verizon network when all Verizon 4G LTE phones should be unlocked. I found out the hard way when I tried putting in a T-Mobile sim before leaving on my trip and getting the Sim not supported message. Called Verizon tech support and they said the phone's lock/unlock was not showing up in their system (which they said was very strange).

Reached out to the seller about this issue and his response was to pay him $100 to unlock the phone. WTF!

IMEI initially blocked with T-Mobile. Seller responded to concerns promptly, but I had already bought a different phone, so I returned the phone for a full refund. Seller was cooperative and helpful throughout
