Received item as expected

I received my product in very different condition as described. I was told the product was 9/10 but was more like a 7/10 and the pictures were conveniently missing the entire back of the device (where the damage was).

Item was received quickly, and in the exact condition described. The seller was very helpful with any questions I had for them.

I didn’t realize this was just half of a controller. The images showed a full controller left and right. I just re-read the description and realized it was stated there briefly. I feel as though the post was misleading.
