Have not been able to use this phone or its SIM card! SWAPPA WAS NO HELP! I cannot add an existing Apple ID nor make one, I CANNOT ADD IT ON THE PHONE and I was told to go to Apple or contact them. They said it’s the sellers issue . So I’m stuck with no phone or working sim.
