An LG V60 was delivered on time, but not the one expected from the listing. I contacted Swappa support and the seller the same day, with photos as proof. The seller kindly agreed to reimburse for the full purchase price and USPS shipping. After I sent the phone back, the seller reversed the charges as promised within 3 days after they received it. The seller was professional, and I just chalked this up as an honest mistake.

The phone arrived in mint condition and was securely packaged. A great transaction. I would definitely use this seller again.

The loud speaker sound like it's on its last leg. Too much distortion, even on low volume. It's a minor problem since it will be connected to BT most of the time. Everything else was as described.

Received a functioning phone. Sale was a bit misleading, as the phone was advertised as unlocked, but arrived locked to Tmobile. Fortunately was able to activate on a Tmobile MVNO, but would have preferred the advertised unlocked phone.
