Scratch not shown in the only picture of the front. Tried for refund, seller rude and would not. Recommend not buying from this seller. They don't take clear pics on purpose and take tons of back of phone and only 1 of front for this reason, it seems. So disappointed for my son's first phone. But good example of poor customer service by a company for my child to learn from.

Phone is exactly as described and I was able to replace my son's phone with this one without any issue involving the phone itself. There were issues with Spectrum Service, but that has nothing to do with the phone.
